Touch human-machine interface, convenient and fast parameter setting, self-diagnosis function for faults, making fault problems clear at a glance.
The optical fiber sensor can automatically identify the length of the material, and the length of the material does not need to be fixed.
The high-sensitivity photoelectric eye tracks the bag length, making the sealing and cutting positions more accurate and preventing the vegetables from being cut improperly.
Reciprocating sealing and cutting structure ensures the machine head is stable during the high-speed operation. Electric vertical punching structure is almost noise-free and can meet the punching requirements during high-speed packaging.
The input conveyor and host machine are made of 304 stainless steel.
The vertical and horizontal sealing blades have independent temperature controllers, totaling 4 sets, the temperature could be adjusted independently.
