LGYS-4000 Electromagnetic induction Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine
The working principle is electromagnetic induction heating.
When the aluminum foil approaches the induction coil of electromagnetic induction, the aluminum foil generates instant high heat and melts the adhesive layer at high temperature. After cooling, the aluminum foil adheres to the bottle mouth, complete the sealing process.
It could realize continuous, fast and non-contact sealing work, reaching the aim of wet-proof, leakage-proof, mildew-proof and extending preservation time.
It is widely used in industries such as pesticides, lubricant and cosmetics, etc.

Details
Adopting transistor to control circuit, easy to operate. Our LGYS-4000 automatic electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is used for sealing the bottle mouth with thread.
According to the size of bottle mouth, rotate the induction head randomly to achieve a wide sealing range at high speed.
The inlet size of the conveying table can be adjusted to ensure that bottles with various diameters could be conveyed successfully, to improve the working efficiency.
304 Stainless Steel Body
It is applicable to the sealing of non-metallic packaging containers such as plastic and glass bottles ,apply to industries such as food, pesticides, daily chemicals.
For the operation panel, we have button type and touch screen type.
